Why
When I was 14, I unexpectedly lost my dad to a heart attack. My life took a lot of winding turns after that, but through the years I learned that you truly never know when it will end. Life is too short to live unhappily. My passion for helping others first started with physical health but I quickly realized that I want to help in all areas of wellness because they are all connected.
Whether you are unhappy with your health, career, relationship, financial situation, or anything else, I am here to help. Hate your job? Change it. Unhappy in your relationship? Change it.
